ITIL Change Schedule
ITIL Change Schedule (CS) is defined in the new ITIL version 3. The change schedule replaces the forward schedule of change (FSC), but the concept is exactly the same.
The ITIL Change Schedule simply defines the changes that are to be delivered in the future. Details such as the nature of the change and the expected date and time and duration of any service outage are included as part of the CS. The document is distributed to stakeholders (customers, suppliers, vendors and importantly the Service Desk).
