Prince2Prince2 is an Office of Government (OGC) framework for Project Management. Prince2 stands for PRojects IN Controlled Environments. Prince2 is promoted as a flexible and scalable framework. There are two key principles in Prince2 (namely that all projecs should have a business case and Prince2 is project based). Prince2 has 8 processes, 8 components and three techniques.
The three techniques of Prince2 are: product based planningquality review technique change control technique The eight processes are: starting up a projectinitiating a project directing a project controlling a stage managing product delivery managing stage boundaries closing a project planning. |
