ITIL MastersITIL Masters is the top level award in the ITIL v3 Certification track. ITIL Masters is above the level of ITIL Expert. ITIL Expert status is awarded to a person who earns 22 credits from a combination of ITIL Foundation and ITIL Intermediate courses. The ITIL Foundation is a pre-requisite to move into courses at the ITIL Intermediate layer. The ITIL Intermediate is where the Service Lifecycle, Service Capability and Managing Across the Lifecycle programs are located.
