The itSMF is a member funded organization for IT Service Management Professionals. The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) seeks to raise funds through the sale of books and attendance at functions, conferences and other events it arranges.
Established in the early 1990s the itSMF has grown to a truly international level with representation in many countries around the world.
itSMF members come from all skill levels and all organizational types. This is the appeal of the itSMF – to meet and discuss common issues with professionals who have faced the same challenges.
The most active itSMF operations are in the United Kingdom and the United States. Chapters are emerging in many Asia Countries and it is possible that Greater China could outgrow membership levels in all the current chapters combined.
