ITSM or Service Management is the basis for having the knowledge, and ultimately the confidence to plan, implement and support the required services with the comfort that we are not alone!
In doing so, working with these guidelines has allowed us (as consultants) to penetrate the realms of uncertainty when dealing with environments of different calibers. Both on a domestic and international level, in that THE “common language” and structures gives that necessary level of confidence to organizations that they are not the only ones adopting these guidelines.
