ITIL Managers BridgeITIL Managers Bridge is a 4 day course that allows holders of an existing ITIL Managers certificate to upgrade to the latest version of ITIL Managers (referred to as the Diploma in Service Managment). The ITIL Managers Bridge course is only available to those people that hold a current ITIL Managers certificate. The official syllabus of the ITIL Managers Bridge course states that students will not have to attend the current ITIL Foundation course in order to take the Managers bridge course as the Foundation level material is covered. |
