Core Publications

Core Publications are the collective name given to the 5 new books developed as part of the ITIL version 3 refresh project.

The Core Publications themselves are titled:

Service Strategy	guidance on design, develop and implement service management.
Service Design	guidance on the design and development of processes related to service management.
Service Transition	guidance on the transition of new and improved services into operations.
Service Operations	guidance on achieving the optimum effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.
Continual Service Improvement	guidance for the ongoing value creation for customers in the services they use.
