eTOMThe Enhanced Telecom Operations MapTM (or eTOM) is a framework for the Telecommunications industry. When bundled with other frameworks like ITIL and standards (such as ISO 9000 and ISO 20000) a Total Quality Management (TQM) system emerges. eTOM is one element of the New Generation Operations Systems and Software – NGOSS framework. NGOSS is a comprehensive collection of ideas and concepts all designed to help deliver efficiency in operations to the Telecommunications industry.
