Management SystemManagement System is a concept that is required to be demonstrated as part of an ISO 20000 audit. During an audit against the ISO 20000 a Management System has to be demonstrated with regard to well defined management responsibilites, control of documentation and competence, awareness and training. The Management System is a critical element of the ISO 20000 audit as it shows the auditor the capability of the organization to maintain the high standards of quality that are inherent in achieving ISO 20000 certification.
