Service Monitoring and ControlThe new name for the Service Monitoring and Control program is Release, Control and Validation. ITIL Certificate in Service Monitoring and Control This is the name for one of the new Service Capability courses and exams, under the ITIL v3 upgrade. The syllabus for this program will be based on elements associated with the overall tracking and monitoring of IT Services and the infrastructure that runs services.
In this regard expect material to include change management, service asset and configuration management, information security management, access management and risk management and service validation and testing.
The new program has an expected course duration of 5 days. |
