The new name for the Service Portfolio and Relationships program is Service Offerings and Agreements.

This is the name for one of the new Service Capability courses and exams, under the ITIL v3 upgrade.


The syllabus for this program will be based on elements associated with the communication with customers regarding the service requirements, the ongoing relationship between suppliers and customers.


In this regard expect material to include service portfolio management, service catalogue management, service Level management, supplier management and financial management, business relationship management and demand management.

The new program has an expected course duration of 5 days.
